how incredibly important experiential
learning truly is. Learning by doing
and learning through discomfort
are by far the most effective and
meaningful ways of engagement with
new material. They inspire growth,
strength, and newfound confidence.
They remind us of our place in this
world, our great privileges, and our
responsibility to not simply "do"
service, but rather live service. This
travel reminded me why I am so proud
to be a member of the Palmer Trinity
community. Our dedication to global
education and cultural competency
ensures that we are fostering a
generation of ethical scholars and
citizens who will grow to be leaders
in an ever-changing, dynamic, and
interconnected world.
[PTS's] dedication
to global education
ensures that we are
fostering a generation
of ethical scholars
and citizens."
