PATRICIA C. CORNISH is a retired leader in the commercial insurance industry. She was a past equity partner at Seitlin Insurance, where she ran the Financial Services division. Prior to that, Patricia had a 16-year banking career with SunTrust Bank that allowed her to hold various senior- level roles in corporate sales and operational management. Patricia has been active in a range of philanthropic endeavors, supporting both the FIU First Generation Scholarship Program and Camillus House through the Cornish Family Foundation. She is also involved in Stop The Rumbling Corp, a student- led nonprofit organization that gives public school students in need breakfast and lunch for two weeks during the December holiday break. Outside of these commitments, Patricia has given her time and talent to City Year Miami—an education- based nonprofit that provides mentoring and tutoring to at-risk students in Miami-Dade County— where she served as Board Chair for three years and sat on the Board of Directors for six years. Patricia lives in Pinecrest with her husband, Thomas, and their son, Nicolas '22. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and wine-collecting. PHIL SERRATE is Vice President of Operations for Lennar Homes, LLC, Southeast Florida Division—a national, publicly-traded residential homebuilding company. Phil is a Certified General Contractor and oversees all aspects of the division's operations, including land development, purchasing, and vertical construction. Phil has deep roots in South Florida. Prior to Lennar, he worked for the State of Florida's Department of Community Affairs, where he partnered with FEMA's Public Assistance Office to help restore the Miami community after Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Phil has been married to Beth Brockway Serrate for 25 years and has four children. Beth is a former PTS Board Member and a past graduate of Palmer School in 1985. They have triplet sons—Brock, Chad, and Hunter ('17)—and a daughter, Mackenzie ('19). In addition to the above, Phil currently serves on the PTS Building and Grounds Committee and is part of the Deering Estate Foundation Weeks Property Renovation Project. RUSS WILSON is a partner at Trivest Partners, the oldest private equity firm in the southeast United States. Russ co-leads Trivest's buyout strategies and is involved in all aspects of the firm, including the origination of investment opportunities, acquisitions, portfolio oversight and strategic management. He is a member of Trivest's Investment Committee, and has served as a Chairman or Board Member of numerous Trivest portfolio companies, including: Artifex, Athletic Supply, Dauenhauer Plumbing, Ellery Homestyles, Take 5 Oil Change, National Carwash Solutions, HandStands Twin-Star International, Wise Company, Oil Changers, Columbus Recycling, GAL Power Systems, and Pelican Water Systems. Prior to joining Trivest Partners, Russ was an Associate at PNC Equity Management and an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James, in St. Petersburg, FL. Most importantly, Russ is married to his best friend and high school sweetheart, Jenny Wilson. Russ and Jenny have three children: Landon ('24), Bryce ('26), and Kylie.
