Celebrating 50 Years OF ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENT 1986 PA L MER PIR AT E S win the only State Championship as Palmer School in Cross Country CL IN T ON T HOMP S ON wins the Individual Track & Field State Championship in the 800m dash, the first Individual State Championship in School history. 1987 K E V IN M A H A N ' 8 7 wins the Individual Track & Field State Championship in the 100m Hurdles 1988 L AUR EN M A R K S wins the Individual Track & Field State Championship in the 3200m race 1991 TA M A R A K ING ' 9 4* wins the Individual Track & Field State Championship in the 400m dash 1992 V IRGINI A T R ICE ' 9 3 wins the Individual Track & Field State Championship in the 400m dash 1993 TA M A R A K ING ' 9 4* wins the Individual Track & Field State Championship in the 400m dash. 2018 First ever PTS State Championship – A L BER T O FR A NCE S CHI ' 19 scored in OT to give Varsity Boys Soccer a 2-1 win over Maclay School. 2019 Back-to-back State Champs – MICH A EL G OME Z ' 19 scores late in the second half to give Boys Soccer its second straight title in a 2-1 win over Shorecrest Preparatory School. 2021 BR A NDON P O T T INGER ' 2 2 wins the Individual High Jump State Championship, the first Falcon to win an Individual State Championship since 1993. 2022 R EMI B A C A R DI ' 2 5 was named Miami Herald's Golfer of the Year, and voted as Fall Athlete of the Year for Miami-Dade County. BR A NDON P O T T INGER ' 2 2 wins his second consecutive FHSAA State Championship in the High Jump. 5 0 Y E A R S 3 State Championships 8 Individual State Champions 3 State Runner-Up Teams 23 Regional Championships 150+ District and Conference Championships Long standing list of athletes who went on to play collegiately at schools such as Duke University, University of Southern California, The Ohio State University, University of Illinois, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and more.
