AC ADEMIC RESILIENCE Very few students are able to get through their middle and high school years without some bump in the road. Some academic challenge is bound to happen. For many students, they are able to put in some extra effort, reformat study habits and work a little bit harder. For some others, the thought of what that looks like is so daunting, they feel defeated. Students in that situation don't know how to navigate the challenges. Of course for these students, it's easier to give up. Hard work and dedication are difficult. Understanding what the next assessments are will help students prepare, allocate time to their studies and if they plan it out, they can reduce their stress.
