Magnus Health System. Here you will be able to upload all required Medical Health forms. All
forms must be uploaded prior to July 15, 2024.
FAMILYID (ARBITER SPORTS)
A registration platform to register your child for any athletic program. Please note, registration is
required for any sport participation. Fall season, Winter season and Spring season. Registration
for student drivers can also be found here.
