supporters who contribute to the Annual Fund,
Capital Campaigns, and Endowment. These
contributions benefit all students and allow
the School to maintain its high educational
standards by investing in recruiting and
retaining highly qualified faculty, supporting
professional development, maintaining small
class sizes, and achieving an impressive 1:9
teacher-to-student ratio. Charitable giving
significantly impacts the School's financial
stability and enhances its ability to provide
exceptional educational opportunities.
To decrease its reliance on tuition as a primary
source of income, Palmer Trinity must continue
its strong tradition of philanthropic giving.
Compliance with Miami-Dade County Industrial
Development Authority Bond requirements and
Northern Trust bank covenants necessitates
an annual audit of the School's finances and
operations. The School contracts the CPA firm
Verdeja & Alvarez, LLP, which specializes in
serving private and independent schools, to
conduct these audits, review internal controls,
and prepare tax returns. Their expertise,
combined with the experience of Palmer
Trinity's Finance and Operations Committee—
a diverse group of parents, alumni, and
community leaders—helps ensure the school's
continued success.
Sincerely,
