Hope is a positive emotion that physicians as far back as the 18 th century advocated for; the physiological effects of hope on the body and the power of the mind are not to be dismissed. Understanding we are more than a physical vessel and exploring the realms of spiritualism opens up the world in a whole new way. So stay focused on those big important things that make you happy and pray for them. THE IMPORTANCE OF PEOPLE Although there's an earlier paragraph dedicated to being alone, people are undoubtedly a fact of life. We are social animals, some of us more than others. Surround yourself with positive people who appreciate you. It's also good to have a few inspirational people around yourself just so you can be happy for their success all the while reminding yourself how you too, could move on up. I feel blessed to have such persons here at Palmer Trinity – we have students and staff who have overcome great adversity; people who balance being great parents while being leaders at school and those who are simply emotional Einsteins – those who always have the right words at the right time. At this point e Golden Rule comes into play – do unto others. is sounds so simple, but imagine what would happen if we all followed it.
