IS "A PERSON WHO
THINKS ABOUT OR
PLANS FOR THE FUTURE
WITH IMAGINATION
AND WISDOM."
Patrick Roberts is a visionary.
While conducting my interview with him for
this article, I was reminded of his warmth and
how he evokes the qualities of a true Southern
gentleman. He is dignified, but also focused and
humble. When he asks how you are doing, he
genuinely wants to know. As many good leaders
would agree, being in charge is only part of their
responsibility. Patrick would likely say that it is
not the most interesting thing about him. He is
first and foremost an educator.
